Mr Jackson-Shelly is the new drama teacher at a local secondary school. He is putting on a production of A Midsummer's Night's Dream with his students at a local theatre for the school talent show. However, Mr Jackson-Shelly is a wannabe actor and more interested in getting himself noticed by the theatre manager than he is about the welfare of his cast. With half the cast members either missing or sick and a stage manager that hates teenagers, things don't go quite as he was hoping.
This play is ideal for a group of young people entering a drama festival, with lots of fun and interesting characters and slapstick opportunities!
